Smoked haddock coloured with curcumin and annatto

Our natural colours enhance the appearance of smoked / cured fish . We have successfully developed new colours that are consumer friendly, giving greater choice for your end customer.

The pigments most commonly used for fish are turmeric and curcumin for yellows, annatto and paprika for oranges/browns and carmine for reds.
